These are the different legal bodies i will have to consider when making my advertisment, the legal bodies i will have to abide by the guidelines are Ofcom and ASA
- ofcom- (Office of Communications) is the government-approved regulatory and competition authority for the broadcasting, telecommunications and postal industries of the United Kingdom.
- BBFC- (British Board of Film Classification) is responsible for the national classification and censorship of films exhibited at cinemas and video works.
- ASA-(Advertising Standards Authority)regulator of advertising across all media and deal with advice/complaints to take action against misleading, harmful or offensive advertisements.
